We are whatwe know because we are what we see.We are what we feel becausewe are what we see. That they area template,a balance equation,for every action under sun,could no longer be disputed.There is an opportunity tied to every thing that we see,but even the smartest thinkers may not get it out.Behold,the front office,foresight and the backoffice hindsight are constitituents and winning portals,needed for effective deployment of the law of sight other wise known as perception.A true deployment must be effective mobilisation,usage and practice of its constituent parts.To be in doldrum is no perception,but backward perception which is deception while forward perception is vision.I am convinced enthuse,thatin mostcases,the world civilisation is illumined by not only dormantperception but also innudated bybackwardperception. The conceptof dormantperception categoricallyapplies where the constituent-backoffice is highlyproactive,leadingto devisionary world.A true civilisation is denominated by forwardperception
