Pity yourself and don't pity anybody 

For the force of your pity every passing day

Only it will make you get better and grow 

When you remember to pity person 

Remind yourself of empathy and what impact it can make on yourself 

It's a two traffic and you must remind yourself 

When last did you pity yourself
