We are a reflection of the ages of history in which we are fallen and the quantity of freedom possible at every given age,mutes its own appreciable development.If perception is golden enough to attract badly needed but quantum ratio,then civilisation of the particular age is possible.The rise and fall of the age is measured not really by time that lapse but by the maturity of culture that is prevalent at such epoch.The wealth of the ages is primarily interred in culture,for which history itself under the doctrine of necessity,is supplanted to chronicle or so to say as archives of nature. The relativity of time and space,in pursuance to this doctrine tells volume when readership observes precisely the quantum change of a given chapters of history,distinguished from another and encapsulated in the ballistics evolution of time and space known as history.
