1. Enable Native Search Console Integration
Log into your Blogger Dashboard.
Click Settings in the left-hand menu.
Scroll down to the Crawlers and indexing section.
Toggle on Enable custom robots.txt.
Toggle on Enable custom robots header tags.
Click Google Search Console underneath to automatically link and verify your site. 
2. Submit Your Blogspot Sitemap
Open Google Search Console using the same Google account as your blog.
Select your Blogspot property from the top-left dropdown menu.
Click Sitemaps under the "Indexing" section in the left sidebar.
Type sitemap.xml into the Add a new sitemap box.
Click Submit. 
3. Instantly Index a Specific New Post
Copy your live Blogspot post URL.
Paste it into the top search bar of Google Search Console.
Press Enter to run the URL inspection.
Click Request Indexing on the page that appears.
