Capabilities Our Utmost Responsibility .part 2
Given the fact we re responsible for the destiny placed in our golden care the need for capacity and capacity building especially in the contest of target, time, time investment and the critical choices of vision and the nature of mission at hand makes it much more demanding to assume the utmost responsibility for its growth in both mass and impact over the life cycle of the destiny to birth and rebirth human change. The growth of capacity brings status change in the first port of the increase in mass and with impact made bringeth fulfillment. Those critical choices we make in respect of capacity building does not mature until the equivalent proportion of time investment we make also mature. Why it must grow enables it evolve ratio of energy commensurate to the operative mode of task at hand and fully indicate in every mission with particular choices of vision, the mode of operative task must be allowed to be undertaken by equivalent strength capacity to generate impact from this extant task by approximate mass inherent in the extant capacity.Otherwise when there is no corresponding effect especially between the task and capacity there's no impact for we need the mass of this inherent capacity to procure benefits or impact from the task at hand to make the mission terminate successfully and alloted vision fulfilled.Any mismatch brings failure and zero impact and to live to cover this gap that separates the producer of vision and fulfillment from the final market frontiers of fulfilment we must provide buffers and levers to close the gap.The magnitude of this task sometimes bewildered the holder of undetermined task and command dread spreading the fear of failure. We should be aware that the growth of this gap could the threaten the environment of the fulfilment for other concrete pursuit for which if the former has been solved could open a new media of opportunities for better fulfilment.A task might have been open up by previous unfinished business of unmonetized or uncomercialised responsibilities and now a liability for the future generations. This opens the cankerworm of prior generation which lack capacity in both mass and velocity to command the execution of such task at hand and creates a burden for the posterity. It speaks volumes the strategic enterprise of capacity building especially in the contract of extant context is extremely complex if we'll harnessed open up and link the past to the future.
