Capacities Our Utmost Responsibility.part 19
In my piece and one of most cherished essays entitled "Inflation Not a monetary phenomenon part two",the author expresses his regret and laments that for larger stretch of mortal history the contour of history fails to grow as the essence of history is survival and so history for a larger part is not growing and all forms of economic growth a fluke and a fable before times. The strategic enterprise of capacity and capacity building stifled in such merciless canyon of institutional pitfall and earned pittance as growth in the stead of equalization of growth and dearth of poverty eradication strategies takes the critical mass. The author rebukes growth that hardly guarrantees social security and now also economic security and attain social justice. It does not sound logical the entire adventure of trade and macroeconomic exploit by mankind for thousands of years are nothing but squandered loss of manpower investment of time and season in the critical mass of time and space. We ought to critique western thoughts on institutional and capacity building in the interests of equity and social justice.
