The main purpose of the state is to generate wealth that Is to say commensurate terms with the most ideal living standard in the state but in most cases the ideal is often far away from being the ideal far away from being realised.But once we grapple with the economics of responsibility and appropriate mass of capacity building we require to get there they cannot longer be far from being realized in the realistic mass of the ideal. Taking the onus upon themselves the cumulative mass of the public can only do better to generate the most ideal by dreaming and forecasting the most ideal society they wish to have set the framework together or individually to get there and we know that the framework include set up structure for problem we mean social problem and identifying the social problem , expanded problem study and the expenditure for the problem study ,identify the vision and vision problem,moral expenditure of vision,task,mass of the vision and identify the badly needed task that requires priority and kind of capacity both in mass and impact that can be generated by termination of the most ideal vision in the ministry of action known as mission.Not every member of the public can execute this role of specific task but if hijacked by professional thieves the mutual outcome often retrogressive and every generation is blessed with people who are ready to execute this often misaligned task or public responsibility and it is a question of institutionalization of public capacity and related mores with the right mass of people in the world.Most societies of the world get it at wrong at the level of individual choices of operating task at hand .The exponent of capitalism exposed the human ignorance of wealth generating public institutions that have graphically being around for thousands of years prior to emergence of this don of economics.Why did it take them so much a donkey years to identify the most influential key word of wealth generation" entrepreneurship"? Simply because we fail woefully to grow the strategic thinking capacity of the individual art prior to connect to their golden environment that throws up mankind.
