include need for respect and recognition.Self actualisation needs deal with opportunity for personal development,learning,fun,creative and challenging work.Self actualisation is the highest level of needs to which human being can aspire.People work together as a team in an organisation to attain its goal and at the same satisfy attainment of those specific needs to achieve equally the balancing act.In the Hertzberg's two factor theory unlike Maslow it classify needs into broad categories namely hygiene factors and motivating factors.That hygiene factors would destroy the individual's motivation and will not improve team motivation.Though hygiene factors not enough also requires motivation factors and increasing the hygiene factors decreases job dissatisfaction.Influenced by motivation factors or satisfiers such as working condition,coworker relations,policies and rules,supervisor quality.Achieving recognition,responsibiliv,work and personal growth.In the McClelland's theory of needs about three motivating
