Humans are complex social animals and sometimes you don't know where people get their motivation from and quite interesting to link it to the sense of purpose and not really from the expected impact and promising returns of the Dreamland or promiseland.The returns are far away and barely human could speculate enough the depth of the revel when it is attained and only sense of purpose can insulate the motivation from crash.It speaks volumes the robust nature of the motivation not just tied to the politics of human prejudices but by the immense stature of the believe or faith in the dreamer.It does not come on a platter of gold but through years of trial and errors to formulate robust ethics that could withstand the test of time and support the gallery of the dreamer's gallantry.A simple disconnect from this embryonic  development could tilt the horizons in honor of failure otherwise unflinching ethics of faịlụre management in the insularity of motivation could save the day.Quiters are bound to throw in the sponge too easily when the insularity is quite impossible and not everyone get to the promiseland.This complex position peradventure defies educative implant and knowledge acquisition but by mere use of Instinction or natural instincts.
