Society obeys public obligation keep discharge of monumental public responsibility and get public goods delivered in record time where public system of equity and order is installed at the most appropriate time.Society is always in need and detractors set up unknowingly by itself obstructs the capabilities of the society to live up to volumes of these expectations.Then they accumulate threatening not the present but the future unborn generation and when they emerge instead of resolving the problems left behind they resort to rain curses or imprecations on the dead actors of their failed history forgetful of what they did well .This partly is responsible for the monumental pile ups of public responsibility unattended too and it seems the trends persist into the unforeseeable future as corruption and vices grow much prevalent in developing region.

We re faced with massive public obligation that no civilisation before us ever faced and every rise in the giant perspectives of civilization accelerate more challenges to seemly assume mankind scratching the surface of unmet obligation.When we take to the space and the golden transition into mars and beyond planets making mankind multiplanetary species it seems the journey hasn't yet started.

Man as a lifelong traditional earthlings hasn't been able to resolve his traditional problem piling up at stratospheric proportion.Then he turns to technology for better life and also as an instrument to help him solve this mess suddenly he is faced with additional problems that is technological chaos in addition to traditional chaos.Infact the challenges of using technology for convenient means of better life has added much problem to the earthlings in just mere five hundred years of mordern civilisation than the proportion of traditional problems man faced over the biblical last ten thousand years of his existence.

With the emergence of technology chaos worsening traditional chaos,the use of the laws of ratio to solve the physical challenge to our monumental problems begins by understanding ourselves and what we stand for or stand to gain by that discovery.Beginning in the nursery we are bent to fight rudimentary chaos to a standstill before altering bits by bits that linger and contribute to traditional chaos and technical chaos.Otherwise failure to eliminate rudimentary chaos may worsen our traditional chaos.
