BRANSON'S PERPECTIVE: SEVEN RULES OF THE ROAD FOR EFFECTIVE MANAGERS.PART 1

Richard Branson,a business tycoon and President of Virgin Group Worldwide,captivated his audience once again,with tips for managing senior managers.He admits in one of his write ups on New York Times entitled'Seven Rules Of The Road For Managers',that giving the"stretch of uninterrupted time,to review their decisions,"managing and"coaching senior managers can be difficult".One is forced to bring up theseven tips,he proposed and learnt,while at a session on Necker Island,at his home,led by Sally Morgan,a former aide to British Prime Minister.She then served as oneof the advisers.There,at his home the group devised few 'handy guidelines'to guidemanagers,while celebrating achievements,learn from mistakes to improve workroutine.Branson's group,also learning lessons,from the public,private and nongovernmental associations.He believed these rules of the road should guide an experienced team,those that lead it or whether launching your start up,the rules are the same and are basics that hold in almost every condion
