The sudden emergence of noctilucent clouds,now prevalent in the sky,driven huge growth of methane gas.Besides,carbon dioxide and water vapour,the third largest contributor to global warming,by total volume is methane gas.Also,called natural gas,is generated from landfills,coal mines and rice paddies,from billions of termites,swarming through freshly cut landforest,from biomass burning and a host of human activities.At some nights,in high northernlatitudes,the ghostly nature of the sky,offers that image thatshows the progress of ecological balance loss.Those who watch the sky,when it is clear after sunset,at the point"where pollution hasnt blotted out the night sky altogether,"will sometimes see this strange type of cloud up in the sky-noctilucent.
