The new class of environmental threat beyond those that are local or regional in nature by their occurences.Unlike water pollution,air pollution,illegal waste,acid rain,contamination of underground aquifers and big oil spills,though occur globally,by pattern,is not with immediate or direct impact,than this new class of ecological threat.In the period between 1952-1992,the amount of chlorine in the atmosphere,rose by 600percent,an occurrence of ecological that threatens both the producing countries of chlorofluorocarbons and the nonproducing countries,in the air above them above north pole,pacific ocean and the antarctica and blanketed them,from the earth's surface to the top of the sky.With this growth at increased but disruptive levels,phenomenal stress is placed at the global process,by which the earth regulates ultraviolet radiation amount,from the sun that passes to the surface,through the atmosphere.The truth is that the growth in the levels of chlorine will lead to growth also in the level of radiation.
