Restrictive practices such as infanticide,Abortion,sexual taboos,war,disaster,migration and marriage restrictions,including contraception have had considerable little impact on population growth.The resultant reduction that it could procure a facesaving palliatives only seeks to postpone the evil days and sooneror later,population explosion fury still finds a natural balance like water.Its established patterns of reproductions over the years be it by conscious or tardy accrual to its growing numbers that serve these four ends or at least one:slow down or prevent increase;enable an increase;improve population quality;and then in relation to resources,secure better distribution of population.Both practices have seen to adopt these pattern of distribution and reproduction that maybe called a population policy and not necessarily a rule as Walter Thompson agrees in his book" Population Problems"published by Macgraw Hill in 1953.The limit efforts of infanticide and strideshadnt been enough before it was outlawed.
