1. The Clock of Stars(Style: Shakespearean Sonnet - iambic pentameter)
When midnight paints the canvas of the night,And distant stars in silent orbits roll,I watch the cosmos spinning in its flight,A glowing map that anchors down my soul. The silver moon beholds the sleeping earth,And whispers secrets to the restless sea,While every shadow holds a quiet birth,Of dreams that dance exclusively for me.Yet morning waits beyond the velvet skies,To wash the darkness with a sudden gold,And as the waking world begins to rise,The ancient story of the sun is told.Though constellations fade into the blue,My anchored heart returns each night to you.
